The agency provides tour and experience organization services, which may include trails, guided tours, outdoor activities, city tours, and other types of excursions. The availability and conditions of each tour are subject to confirmation based on demand and local conditions. -
Agency Responsibilities
Intermediation: We act as intermediaries between the client and tour or additional service providers, such as transportation and dining. We are not responsible for failures in the execution of third-party services.
Accurate Information: We are committed to providing clear and detailed information about the tours, including required physical conditions, schedules, and limitations.
Customer Support: We provide assistance to resolve any unforeseen issues or difficulties during the tours within our service hours and reach. -
Client Responsibilities
Accurate Information: The client is responsible for providing correct information for reservations and booking of tours.
Preparation: The client must be prepared for the specific conditions of each tour, including wearing appropriate clothing and meeting physical requirements. We recommend consulting our team for more guidance.
Meeting Points and Schedules: The client must adhere to the indicated times and meeting points for the start of tours. Delays may result in loss of the tour without the right to a refund. -
Cancellation and Changes Policy
