Cancellation and Refund Policy

DEAR CUSTOMER;

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and other regulations in force in the Argentine Republic, we wish to clarify concepts of policies relating to the use of the website, cancellation, refund and regret of purchases of products and/or services.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

  • The cancellation period for booking an activity IT IS 72 BUSINESS HOURS BEFORE THE RESERVED DATE .
  • Within the deadline, you will be able to reschedule a new reservation, which will be assigned according to the Company's availability, with additional costs.
  • In all cases, there is no refund of amounts paid for administrative expenses, reports, stamps and accrued interest.

CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

  • Your right to terminate the service provision contract will be subject to specific clauses set out in the contract.
  1. Time Limits: Strictly observe the deadlines set for cancellation without incurring additional costs.
  2. Adjusted Reimbursement: As established by current regulations, cancellation may imply the right to a refund, the extent of which varies depending on the time of termination.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 12 HOURS AFTER THE PURCHASE IS MADE .

  • When exercising this right, you must communicate your regret in writing within the first (12) twelve hours after the purchase, and you will be guaranteed a refund of 70% of the total purchase value.
  • Once you have requested a refund, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of (5) five business days.
  • Off-Premises Transactions: Purchases or purchases made outside the Company's standard commercial environment, i.e. remotely, by telephone, etc., may be reversed within 12 (twelve) hours after the purchase.
  • Refund in case of regret: Current legislation guarantees reimbursement of up to 70% of the amount paid, excluding any delivery and/or administrative costs.
